Welcome! This repo is the index of hiring drives we’ve run at Alchemyst. Each folder below is a self-contained drive with role descriptions and take-home assignments.

A systems-focused assignment for Full Stack AI Engineers. Build an Agent Console — a Next.js application that connects to a provided mock AI agent backend over WebSockets, renders streaming responses with mid-stream tool call interruptions, displays a live agent trace timeline, and survives the backend’s chaos mode without crashing or losing state. Includes a Dockerised agent-server with a documented WebSocket protocol.

Each assignment page includes its own submission instructions — typically a GitHub repo link emailed to the listed contacts, or a meeting booking link. Build what you can in the time given, then show it to us directly.
It’s okay if you don’t finish the entire assignment. We want to see the effort you put in. Skills are transferable; the go-getter attitude isn’t.
